Shipping and Delivery
All DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA WILL BE ON A QUOTE BASIS BASED ON WEIGHT AND POST CODE. THERE IS NO FLAT FEE. EXTRA CHARGES APPLY FOR INSURANCE. ALL GOODS MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE GOODS. ONCE SIGNED, BUYER AGREES THAT GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE.
Delivery Times Australia
Please note we advise the following times for standard delivery from the date of despatch.
- Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro areas: 3-5 working days
- Other Capital & NSW, QLD, VIC and SA Regional areas: 5-8 working days
- WA, TAS, NT & Remote QLD areas: 7-12 working days
PLEASE NOTE: If a parcel is undelivered due to no answer upon arrival or an incorrect address being provided by the customer, a return cost of the initial quoted freight cost will be invoiced to the customer. Should you require a returned order resent to you, an additional payment will need to be made for postage. You will be contacted for payment before redelivery will be made. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct shipping address is advised at the time of placing an order.
Will you leave my order unattended / safe drop?
No. We require a signature on each parcel delivered. If no one is in attendance at time of delivery, you will be carded and your order will be taken to the nearest depot for collection.
Please Note: If you request a safe drop or want the driver to leave the package unattended and over ride our request for a signature on your delivery, we will not take any responsibility for missing parcels or missing contents of parcels. No exceptions.
Pick Up from Our Shop
Pick up is from our shop at 13 Hasp St, Seventeen Mile Rocks.
Please advise your pickup date and time when placing your order so we can ensure we have your order ready when you arrive.
International Customers must organise their own delivery.
